Refund Policy
1. A refund request must be in writing.
2. The refund of the unused portion of tuition, fees and other charges for students will be made on the following pro rated basis:
During the first week of classes...........90%
During the next three weeks of classes.....80%
During the fifth and sixth week of class...55%
During the seventh and eighth week of class....30%
Registration fee is not refundable.
After the eighth week there will be no refund.
A grade of W (withdraw) will be posted for those who drop a course correctly.
Refund policy for Veterans:
The refund of the unused portion of tuition, fees, and other charges for eligible persons who fail to enter a course or withdraw or discontinue prior to completion will be made for all amounts paid which exceed the approximate pro rated portion of the total charges that the length of the completed portion of the course bears to the total length of the course. The proration will be determined on the ratio of the number of days or hours of instruction completed by the student to the total number of instructional.
