Permanent student progress records are maintained by the Gulf Coast Baptist College. Written grade reports will be furnished to students at the end of each semester. Students desiring a transcript of records sent to other institutions will be required to make a request to the Dean of records. A small fee is required for mailing and handling purposes. No transcript will be issued if the student has not settled all financial obligations. No permanent grades will be posted until all financial obligations have been met.
